Students will write
2 paragraphs about Jonathan Green, and
will draw and paint
a picture that shows their reaction to his
artwork.
Writing Assessment
On a piece of notebook tell me about Jonathan Green’s life,
education and artwork.
Did you like his
artwork? Why or why not?
(Please write at
least 2 paragraphs – one about his
life/education
and one about his artwork.)
Art Extension
When you finish, get a 12”x18” piece of manilla paper from
the counter, and draw a picture that shows what you felt
when you looked at Jonathan Green’s artwork. After you
finish the drawing,
you may use your watercolors to paint
the picture.
