Southern Style Fried Chicken Strips
Southern Seasoning Salt (recipe below)
2 cups flour
3 chicken breasts (cut into strips)
milk or buttermilk
Sprinkle meat liberally with seasoning salt. Dip
meat into milk and roll in flour. Heat oil and cook chicken until browned. Drain on paper towels.
Southern Seasoning Salt
2 T. salt
2 T. garlic powder
2 T. onion powder
2 T. pepper
Mix all ingredients and put into a salt shaker
to use in all your cooking!
(If you need a lower salt alternative use 2 T.
of Salt Sense instead of salt.)
